To request a refund, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Service Availability
Xiaopang Accelerator is committed to providing 99.95% service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Xiaopang Accelerator is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We will strive to provide advance notice for planned maintenance windows.
Changes to Terms
Xiaopang Accelerator reserves the right to modify these service terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be communicated to users via website announcements or email.
